Job DescriptionAs a Technical Asset Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our distribution network. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct technical inspections of our assets, identifying potential maintenance needs and reporting on any issues found.
You will work closely with our operations team to develop and implement asset management strategies, ensuring that our infrastructure meets the highest standards of safety and performance.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about renewable energy and asset management. You will have the chance to work on complex projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the success of AusNet Services.
We are seeking someone with a strong background in asset inspection and maintenance, preferably with experience in the renewable energy sector. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct technical inspections of distribution network assets to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Collaborate with operations team to resolve issues and improve asset performance.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on inspection findings and recommendations.
- Certificate II in Asset Inspection or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in asset inspection and maintenance, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
AusNet Services offers a competitive salary package, including:
- Estimated annual salary: $80,000 - $110,000.
