Corporate Commercial Legal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced corporate lawyer to join our team. As an Associate in corporate and commercial law, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters including capital raisings, general corporate affairs, reviewing and negotiating commercial documents, and trade marks.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and execution of corporate and commercial transactions
- Review and draft commercial documents, including share subscription agreements and terms and conditions
- Negotiate with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide strategic and pragmatic advice to clients
- Approximately 3-4 years' post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work remotely or in a vibrant office environment
