We are seeking an accomplished Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our Brisbane office.

About the Role:

As a high-impact position at a top national law firm, this role offers the opportunity to drive outcomes that shape businesses and deliver commercially driven solutions.

You will be working with high-profile corporate clients on complex transactions. With a strong background in corporate and/or commercial law, you will provide strategic legal and commercial advice to high-level clients. The ideal candidate will have experience advising corporate clients on significant transactions and confidence in working independently and managing client relationships.

The successful candidate will have 4–6+ years post-admission experience in corporate and/or commercial law, commercial acumen, and the ability to advise on risk and opportunity. They will also have drive to build their profile in the Brisbane legal and business market and professional presence and relationship-building capability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead corporate and commercial transactions across multiple industries
  • Provide strategic legal and commercial advice to high-level clients
  • Handle mergers and acquisitions, restructures, shareholder agreements, and governance issues
  • Deliver commercially driven outcomes that support long-term client goals
  • Engage directly with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with interstate colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters
