**Senior Corporate Lawyer Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Brisbane. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve working on high-profile corporate transactions and advising clients on complex commercial matters.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of post-admission experience in corporate and/or commercial law, with a strong track record of advising corporate clients on significant transactions. They will be confident in their ability to work independently and manage client relationships, with excellent commercial acumen and the ability to advise on risk and opportunity.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to take on a lead role within our Brisbane office, working closely with senior executives and boards to deliver commercially driven outcomes that support long-term client goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead corporate and commercial transactions across multiple industries
  • Provide strategic legal and commercial advice to high-level clients
  • Handle M&A, restructures, shareholder agreements, and governance issues
  • Delve into commercially driven outcomes that support long-term client goals
  • Engage directly with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with interstate colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters

About You:

  • 4-6+ years post-admission experience in corporate and/or commercial law
  • Experience advising corporate clients on significant transactions
  • Confidence in working independently and managing client relationships
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to advise on risk and opportunity
  • Drive to build your profile in the Brisbane legal and business market
