Project Manager - Infrastructure and Development

This role offers a unique opportunity for a Project Manager with strong front-end construction expertise to join a highly regarded Corporate team advising on major infrastructure and development projects across various sectors.

The Opportunity:

Acting for clients on complex and large-scale matters, you will have direct client contact and scope to take your career to the next level. Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate front-end construction agreements
  • Advise on procurement models, including construct only, D&C, collaborative contracting, PPPs/project finance, and O&M arrangements
  • Prepare and review tender and contract documentation
  • Advise on risk allocation, project delivery, and claims management
  • Support clients across various sectors, including government, aged care, and residential projects
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Project Manager in construction and/or development
  • Strong front-end construction/development expertise
  • Enjoy client engagement and business development
  • Mentoring junior professionals and fostering a supportive environment
