**About the Role:**

As a key leader within our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a team of experienced professionals.

The successful candidate will possess well-developed business, customer service, human resource, and operational skills to manage day-to-day operations, undertake general nursing tasks, and lead and develop our team.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Managing stock management, people management, and rostering
  • Undertaking pre- and post-operative care, animal pathology, and emergency and critical care
  • Leading and developing the team, building a positive culture, and ensuring monthly KPIs are met
  • Driving business growth through local marketing initiatives and delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • 2-4 years of experience in team management, leadership, and team building
  • Experience with veterinary software (desired but not essential)
  • Strong communication, customer service, and business acumen skills
