Senior Tax Professional

The role of a Personal Tax Manager is to provide technical services to clients across the region, working closely with Partners to ensure efficient service delivery. This involves managing client portfolios, overseeing tax teams, and reviewing work to provide support and guidance as necessary.
The ideal candidate will be ATT or CTA Qualified and have extensive experience in Personal Tax. They will be responsible for managing tax compliance processes, advising on tax payments, and involvement with tax advisory projects including IHT planning, share incentive schemes, business acquisitions and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing tax returns and computations for clients
- Advising on tax payments and involvement in tax advisory projects
- Reviewing personal tax returns and computations
- Reviewing trust tax returns and capital gains tax returns
- Preparation of complex tax computations and returns
- Dealing with tax enquiries
- Conducting technical research
- Mentoring trainees and delegating work to the tax team
- Responsible for commercial delivery of tax work, including fee quotes and monitoring of recoveries
Requirements:
- ATT Qualified / CTA Qualified
- Strong Personal Tax experience within a practice environment is essential
