About the Role

This role reports directly to the Superintendent Health, Safety & Training and focuses on managing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating injury prevention initiatives and wellbeing programs for the Mungari operation.

This position will be offered either FIFO from Perth on a 4:3 roster or residentially in the Kalgoorlie/Boulder region on a 5:2:4:3 roster.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work autonomously, proactively, and enjoy delivering and seeking out solutions.

No two days will be the same, offering numerous challenges that enable you to make your mark on our growing operation.

  • Tertiary qualifications in physiotherapy or exercise science are preferred.
  • Professional membership with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Authority (AHPRA) is also preferred.
  • WA WorkCover accredited Rehabilitation and Return To Work Coordinator Training is essential.
  • Health experience in underground mining or other heavy industry is required.
  • You should be team-focused, possess collaboration skills, be prepared to listen and give feedback.
  • You must demonstrate behaviors aligned with the Evolution Mining values.
