Manager of Operational Efficiency

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Capacity Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and improvement of our Capacity Management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement capacity management policies, processes, tools, and procedures
- Work closely with customers to understand their demand requirements and business activity patterns
- Manage ongoing programmes to identify and implement service improvements
- Identify efficiency opportunities that can be implemented without compromising quality or service levels
- Monitor and track delivery of services against relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Built strong relationships with clients and develop a sound understanding of their business needs
- Escalate risks discovered in or affecting the Capacity Management service
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience working as a Capacity Manager in a large complex multi-vendor environment, as well as experience working in an ITIL aligned environment.
Desirable Qualifications
You will also have a broad understanding of technical concepts and frameworks, and ideally prior experience as a Capacity Manager in an IT Managed Services environment.
