We are seeking a talented HR Generalist who will work closely with Senior People Partners to deliver strategic HR initiatives and cyclical activities across a broad portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert HR advice on performance, conduct, workplace health and safety, grievances, injury/return-to-work matters, and complex employment relations/case management.
- Coach leaders on performance improvement plans, job design, and remuneration recommendations.
- Manage cyclical activities including performance reviews, talent reviews, and annual remuneration processes.
- Contribute to and deliver people-related projects, including change management and communication plans.
- Support organisational restructures, ensuring compliance with legislation and awards.
- Partner with specialist teams to execute people initiatives and drive process improvements.
As an experienced HR generalist, you will have a broad working knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, and HR best practice.
About You- Proven experience in HR generalist roles within complex or highly regulated environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (preferred).
