Lead Identity Product Strategist

We are building a new identity and access platform that will shape the future of secure banking. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment, applying modern engineering practices and ensuring the highest standards of security and trust.

You'll bring a mix of product strategy expertise, knowledge of AI, and a strong controls mindset. You'll work closely with colleagues across engineering, security, risk and business domains, as well as with external partners. To be successful, you'll combine sound judgment with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders, even when navigating diverse perspectives and priorities.

The Role
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap including vision refinement, prioritization and analysis
  • Translate the strategic vision into clear goals, objectives and key results that guide delivery
  • Partner with engineering, security, risk, architecture and compliance teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions
  • Champion modern engineering and DevSecOps practices to support agile, high-quality delivery
  • Manage the product lifecycle from discovery through to scaled adoption, balancing delivery pace with quality and resilience
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and support decision-making
About You

You will bring:

  • Strong product management experience across strategy development, prioritization and stakeholder engagement
  • Exposure to AI concepts and modern engineering practices including cloud-native infrastructure, APIs, secure software development and identity frameworks such as SPIFFE/SPIRE
  • Familiarity with modern identity protocols including OAuth2, OIDC and SAML
  • Experience with enterprise identity platforms and exposure to cloud platforms
  • A focus on security and controls, with experience working in regulated environments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
  • A calm, professional approach that helps you adapt to changing contexts and maintain focus on outcomes
What You Will Need
  • Proven experience as a product manager in technology delivery teams, ideally in identity, security or AI domains
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, along with service identity frameworks
  • Practical experience working with cloud platforms and enterprise identity providers
  • Experience engaging with security, risk or compliance stakeholders
  • Strong working knowledge of agile delivery methods and backlog tools
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Bonus: experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries
