About the Role
  • Drive product backlog refinement, prioritization and analysis to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.
  • Translate vision into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria guiding delivery.
  • Partner with engineering, security, risk, architecture and compliance teams.
  • Champion modern engineering practices supporting agile, high-quality delivery.
  • Manage product lifecycle from discovery through scaled adoption.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders aligning priorities and supporting decision-making.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • Strong Product Owner experience across backlog management, prioritization and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exposure to AI concepts, cloud-native infrastructure, APIs, secure software development and identity frameworks.
  • Familiarity with modern identity protocols including OAuth2, OIDC and SAML.
  • Experience with enterprise identity platforms and cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • A focus on security and controls, with experience working in regulated environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • A calm, professional approach helping you adapt to changing contexts.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in technology delivery teams.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols.
  • Practical experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and enterprise identity providers.
  • Experience engaging with security, risk or compliance stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of agile delivery methods and backlog tools.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Bonus: experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
