Clinical leaders play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting the well-being of residents and their care teams. We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualised care plans for residents, ensuring that their medical, physical and emotional needs are addressed.
- Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, carers and support staff, to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Oversee the administration and management of medications, adhering to established schedules and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents' families or legal guardians, involving them in care decisions where appropriate.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and critical incidents.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a registered nurse in aged care.
- Comprehensive knowledge of aged care accreditation standards and expertise in medication administration and wound care.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, with Australian working rights and NDIS worker screening check.
- Above award rates of pay.
