Job Opportunity

Clinical Team Leaders play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to residents in our facilities. As a key member of the core care team, you will be responsible for providing individualized support that enhances and promotes the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the sustainability and growth of clinical services through diligent management of funding, care planning, and community engagement.
  • Lead all clinical services in line with our processes and policies, ensuring compliance with internal and external auditing standards.
  • Provide Quality Care Services and professional practice, prioritizing resident needs and well-being.
  • Encourage the implementation of continuous improvement activities in all aspects of clinical and lifestyle services, driving excellence and best practice.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring resident health records are relevant and compliant.
  • Coordinate and support scheduled audits and clinical indicators, promoting a culture of quality and accountability.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications or Australian recognized equivalency in nursing or a related field.
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse, with experience in senior clinical care roles within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, with a sound understanding of care assessment in the Aged Care Sector and use of AN-ACC.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with proficiency in a wide range of IT applications.
