The role of a Pharmacist Rotational is to provide exceptional patient care by managing medication supply, working closely with healthcare professionals, conducting clinical reviews and offering patient counselling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medication supply and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective treatment.
- Conduct thorough clinical reviews and provide timely patient counselling to support optimal health outcomes.
- Utilize clinical expertise, communication skills and sound decision-making to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects, guided by Senior Team Leaders and Deputy Service Managers.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no restrictions on practice.
- Willingness and ability to participate in on-call, after-hours, weekend and public holiday work as required.
