Service Technician - Wind Turbine Maintenance

Vestas, the global leader in sustainable energy solutions, is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Regional Western Australia. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wind turbines, working closely with our experienced and enthusiastic team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out periodic service inspections and maintenance tasks in accordance with Vestas' specifications
  • Ensure the efficient operation of our turbines and systems, using condition monitoring and remote control
  • Maintain a well-stocked warehouse and service vehicle, ordering materials and tools as needed
  • Assemble and service components according to current standards and work instructions
  • Work to the highest safety and environmental standards, ensuring service targets are met

Requirements:

  • Electrical trade qualification and a passion for developing your skills in the industry
  • Good computer skills and experience with handling different tools and systems
  • Good English skills, both written and verbal
  • Valid driver's license
