About the Role

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team in Regional Western Australia. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wind turbines, providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out periodic service inspections and maintenance tasks on wind turbines, ensuring compliance with Vestas' specifications and industry standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with wind turbines, using your electrical and mechanical expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including component replacement and repair, to ensure optimal performance of wind turbines.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve service targets and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Electrical trade qualification and experience in the renewable energy industry.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to work with complex electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to remote locations.
