Lead Research Manager

We seek a highly skilled Lead Research Manager to oversee all aspects of clinical research activities for assigned projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of clinical trials while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

  • Develop and implement pre-screening and recruitment plans in consultation with Clinical Research Coordinators.
  • Collaborate closely with Principal Investigators and Clinical Research Managers to ensure protocol adherence and timely completion of research activities.
  • Liaise with hospital departments and third-party vendors to guarantee provision of quality clinical services.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory frameworks, clinical issues, and practices related to research.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • An undergraduate degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • No less than 5 years' experience in clinical research, preferably in oncology trials.
  • A proven track record of research project management or ability to lead a project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
