
Advanced Geriatric Nursing Role

The Senior Aged Care Professional will provide clinical and managerial support across the Ready for Home Out of Hospital Care program, focusing on delivering safe, high-quality evidence-based care to older participants while building staff capability and strengthening clinical governance.
About YouAs an experienced AHPRA registered nurse with extensive clinical experience in aged care, geriatrics or rehabilitation, you will possess a passion for providing clinical care to older participants along with demonstrated experience in supervising staff.
You Will Also Demonstrate- Proven ability to make sound clinical and operational decisions in complex situations
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management practices
- Demonstrated cross-cultural experience and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to mentor, supervise and build capability in staff teams
