Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Guest Experience Host. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the activities and performance of the Guest Experience Hosts in the absence of the Guest Experience Host Manager.
  • Schedule onsite resident guests to Owner Updates or regular Club presentations, as appropriate, during the guest's stay at the resort property.
  • Greet and register owners and guests.
  • Provide information on local area attractions.
  • Complete all department-related paperwork.
  • Utilize communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles, and computers.
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community.
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
  • This role requires you to be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a similar hotel position.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous.
  • Able to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
