About the Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Value Specialist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers by providing personalized health solutions and claim resolutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, highlighting the value and benefits of these products for easy decision making.
  • Develop business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products, leading to the acquisition of new members.
  • Take a customer-first approach, assisting existing Bupa members with day-to-day transactions, ensuring they understand the full value of their health insurance product, and providing solutions to any identified concerns or needs.
  • Educate members on all the benefits they can access, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
