Retail Store Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Baby Bunting. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our retail stores, working closely with our Store Manager and back of house team to ensure seamless store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Guide our team in educating parents on our products, demonstrating their features and benefits, and fostering genuine relationships with every customer.
- Store Operations: Oversee the store's back of house operations, working closely with the warehouse team and store administration assistant to manage loss prevention, stocktake, inventory levels, and store standards.
- Team Development: Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all OH&S protocols are upheld to promote a culture of safety for all.
What We're Looking For:
- A retail professional who leads by example and is a passionate and dedicated self-starter.
- Previous retail management experience (2-3 years) – preferably with a larger format retailer or a Store Manager from a smaller retail store.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage people with ease.
- The ability to guide customers through our range of products and brands.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
