Account Manager and Acquisition Associate

Our platform has facilitated over one million nights of rentals, welcoming more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a diverse range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.
The RoleAs an Indie Campers Account Manager & Acquisition Associate, you will drive the growth of our marketplace by acquiring new listings, managing host relationships, and ensuring high levels of host satisfaction for the APAC region. Your responsibilities will include analyzing acquisition data, managing accounts, and implementing strategies to reduce churn rate.
You will report directly to the Marketplace Senior Manager and collaborate closely with the Growth, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new listings in the region, driving marketplace growth.
- Manage relationships with hosts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Implement strategies to reduce churn rate and retain hosts on the platform.
- Monitor and analyze acquisition and account management performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide exceptional support to hosts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to net new listings, churn rate, and host satisfaction.
- Cross-functional collaboration to align acquisition and account management strategies with overall business goals.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation in acquisition and account management activities.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are effective and innovative.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of acquisition and account management strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in account management and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
