Production Logistics Specialist

This role encompasses the coordination of external suppliers, inventory accuracy management, and timely product delivery to ensure seamless production and packaging operations across ANZ.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate 3rd party packaging and production planning initiatives
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Develop and manage work orders and supplier quotes
- Support compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Maintain data flows between TWE and external suppliers
- Assist in contract and supply agreement processes
- Monitor and report on supplier performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure timely delivery of products through effective planning and execution
- Process invoices and manage service fees for packaging services
- Contribute to TWE's supply chain initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Relevant administration and coordination experience
- A high level of initiative, drive, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with others
- An open and receptive attitude to improvement, new ideas, and techniques
- High organizational skills and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in computer applications across the Microsoft Suite - Familiarity with JDE Enterprise One is advantageous
