  • Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards to prevent foodborne illnesses and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes, ensuring they meet high standards in taste, appearance, and portion sizes.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.

Skills and Experience:

  • Certificate III or IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery).
  • Adaptable, passionate, and willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
  • Friendly and effective communication abilities.
