Job Overview

As an experienced clinical practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to residents, including assessing their health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.

  • Clinical Care: Providing evidence-based medical care, conducting thorough health assessments, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Wound Management: Identifying and addressing wound issues, promoting proper healing, and preventing infections.
  • Health Care Planning: Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Responsibilities
  • Delivering patient-centered care that respects the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and documenting changes in residents' health conditions.

Requirements
  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
