We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our expert team in the Sydney metro region.
Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist at Benchmark Rehab, you will play a crucial role in supporting a diverse range of clients, from children through to the elderly, helping them to regain their lives while building a breadth of experience. You will work closely with clients to identify priorities and goals, ensuring effective use of available funds under various schemes such as CTP, Life Insurance, Aged Care, and NDIS.
One of the key aspects of this role is working outside of the workers compensation scheme, allowing you to innovate and work more creatively with your clients. This opportunity is ideal for those who want to make a real difference in people's lives and be part of a team that values excellence and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration;
- A current driver's license and access to your own vehicle;
- The ability to provide a Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Police Clearance;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a structured bonus up to $10,000 annually and salary packaging opportunities.
