We are seeking a professional and organised individual to provide frontline customer service and administrative support within a health and wellbeing environment.
About the RoleThis position is ideal for someone who is committed to supporting clients and colleagues in a dynamic team setting. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact and communication with clients, providing timely and effective responses to their queries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Assist in the management of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
