Our organization is seeking an experienced export operations professional to manage the end-to-end process of exporting goods.

Job Description
  • Manage export operations from booking to delivery ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Act as primary point of contact for key commercial clients providing exceptional customer service and resolving any queries or concerns.
  • Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary export documentation in compliance with regulations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include managing export-related issues, implementing solutions, supporting the development of export strategies and procedures, and adhering to security protocols within a customs bonded warehouse.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in logistics or a related field within the transport and distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations and customs requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics software.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
