Lead Education Programs Coordinator

Taronga is seeking a seasoned education leader to shape unforgettable zoo experiences that inspire, educate, and connect communities. As the lead of a passionate team, you will create programs that engage diverse audiences from students to community groups, ensuring they align with curriculum needs and Taronga's vision for a shared future with wildlife.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality education and outreach programs to increase community engagement, build revenue, and support program growth. This includes developing business cases and managing operational requirements for the Institute of Science and Learning to support internal and external stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will possess tertiary qualifications in Education or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience. You will also hold a current NSW Driver's License or have it formally recognised, obtain and maintain a current paid NSW Working with Children Check at your own expense, and possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain at your own expense.

About You- Tertiary qualifications in Education or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
