## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Plant Manager to join our team at Central Pre-Mix Concrete. As a Trainee Plant Manager, you will play a key role in the production and delivery of high-quality concrete products to our customers.

## Key Responsibilities

* Undertake training to obtain necessary licenses for the role
* Take and input concrete orders within the Melbourne concrete business
* Schedule and allocate jobs
* Provide supervision to Concrete Agitator Drivers (company and Lorry Owner Drivers)
* Coordinate plant maintenance and perform basic maintenance
* Batch and dispatch concrete
* Manage stocks of raw materials
* Ensure safety, health, environmental, and Chain of Responsibility requirements are met

## About Us

Central Pre-Mix Concrete is an integrated concrete and aggregate operation. We own five concrete plants, a hard rock aggregate quarry, and modern batch plants are located at Deer Park, Campbellfield, Hallam, Port Melbourne, and Gisborne. We also have a fleet of agitator trucks and an aggregate and cement cartage fleet.
