As a Trainee Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in operations management, working closely with our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake training to obtain necessary licenses and certifications
  • Take and input concrete orders within the Melbourne concrete business
  • Schedule and allocate jobs to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide supervision to Concrete Agitator Drivers and Lorry Owner Drivers
  • Coordinate plant maintenance and perform basic maintenance tasks
  • Batch and dispatch concrete to meet customer demands
  • Manage stocks of raw materials to ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Ensure safety, health, environmental, and Chain of Responsibility requirements are met
