As a Trainee Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in operations management, working closely with our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake training to obtain necessary licenses and certifications
- Take and input concrete orders within the Melbourne concrete business
- Schedule and allocate jobs to ensure efficient operations
- Provide supervision to Concrete Agitator Drivers and Lorry Owner Drivers
- Coordinate plant maintenance and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Batch and dispatch concrete to meet customer demands
- Manage stocks of raw materials to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Ensure safety, health, environmental, and Chain of Responsibility requirements are met
Requirements
- Exhibit a strong commitment to environmental, quality, health, safety, and well-being
