We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to lead our people and culture initiatives.
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, processes, and systems related to employee lifecycle management, performance evaluation, rewards, and benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, and Workplace Health & Safety.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals
- Overseeing the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding
- Providing guidance and support to managers at all levels on performance management, conduct awareness training, and internal promotions

Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, and Workplace Health & Safety
- Skills: Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies, manage employee relationships, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
