Learning Program Developer

Learning Facilitations Specialist is a role that entails facilitating engaging learning programs to enhance the skills of employees.
This position involves delivering training to a broad range of audience groups, including leaders, in both online and in-person formats. It requires creating inclusive environments where learners feel supported and challenged.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing and facilitating learning programs, confidence with virtual training tools, exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
