Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Officer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative mentoring programs for students. The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, strong project management skills, and experience in designing and delivering career mentoring initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a range of mentoring programs, alumni panels, and employability events, ensuring high-quality delivery and student engagement. You will also develop expertise in the Chronus mentoring platform, handling configuration and user support.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or extensive relevant experience in career mentoring or employability initiatives. They will also have experience in stakeholder engagement, building effective networks, and demonstrating service excellence and collaborative working skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
