Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent, leveraging a variety of channels and platforms.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and culture fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver strategic solutions and drive business success.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Genuine interest in learning and development, with a desire to grow both personally and professionally.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technology and tools, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
