Strategic Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer value realization and ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and executive-level customers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and provide solutions to drive customer success.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform customer success strategies and measure progress against key performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Atlassian product developments to provide expert guidance to customers.
- 8-10+ years of experience in customer success or account management with a track record of managing complex SaaS customer relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and execute customer success plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Gainsight and Salesforce.
