About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer value realization and ensuring the successful adoption and expansion of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at the executive level, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure their success with our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform customer success strategies and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our customer success processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of driving customer value realization and business growth.
  • Experience working with complex SaaS products and solutions, with a strong understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize data and analytics to inform customer success strategies.
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and customer success platforms, such as Gainsight.
