Job Title:

Supply Chain Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting and reporting of inventory balances and transactions.

This includes performing inventory reconciliations, analyzing data to ensure procedures are being followed, and communicating with various departments such as Finance, Operations, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product costs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Organize and manage physical inventory activities in multiple locations.
  • Ensure SOX controls are in place during processes.
  • Assist in internal audits and annual controllership reviews.
  • Prepare quarterly cycle count packages and review standard costs against last prices paid.
  • Coordinate cycle count audits every three years to maintain certification.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP inventory and costing systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office, email, and PC application skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Strong project management skills.
