Lead Data Strategist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data strategy efforts, leveraging advanced data engineering and AI technologies to drive business outcomes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and build high-performance data pipelines using advanced data engineering practices for effective client solutions.
  • Lead/Leverage AI initiatives, especially generative AI, to accelerate client outcomes.
  • Create, maintain, and deploy analytical assets to support clients and expedite delivery.
  • Develop and deploy practical models from large, ambiguous quality datasets to drive customer outcomes and inform senior decision-making.
  • Perform complex feature engineering on risk-related data to enhance model performance.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience analyzing data from complex datasets and systems.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects/work-streams simultaneously.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Python, SQL, building machine learning models, and deploying them at scale.
  • Proficiency with data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy for data manipulation, Scikit-learn for traditional ML models, and TensorFlow/PyTorch for deep learning.
  • Experience in data engineering, working with SQL, PySpark, and ETL pipelines to process large datasets efficiently.
