We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data analytics platform, driving strategic decisions and operational efficiency across the organization.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled data leader to join our team and shape the future of data management within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a modern, scalable data analytics platform that meets business needs and supports informed decision-making.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise to ensure the data platform is optimized to meet business requirements, driving improvements in architecture and tooling.
  • Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality and security throughout the organization.
  • Platform Performance: Monitor and optimize platform performance and reliability, proactively addressing data issues and improving overall data pipeline efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics leadership, with a focus on data platform development and operations.
  • Strong technical skills, including programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and data engineering tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
