Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team during specific periods of trade and motivating and engaging the team on shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team through busy service periods, ensuring that our high standards of food safety and food quality are maintained.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have an outstanding experience.
- Proactively improve guest experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Requirements
- Experience leading or supervising a team within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or hospitality setting.
- Completed or willingness to complete a Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
- Completed or willingness to undertake a Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
