Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and sequence construction activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of the project
  • Manage subcontractors and interface with design management and construction delivery teams
  • Contribute to a safe work culture and ensure works are delivered to legislative and project standards
  • Review and understand construction drawings, specifications, and method statements
  • Develop methods for precast element installation for bridges, station structures, and facade panels
  • Identify project challenges and drive the development and implementation of solutions
  • Liaise and communicate with foremen and subcontractors to achieve target outcomes
  • Ensure project delivery is compliant with project standards and quality standards
  • Prepare documentation for procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assist in the preparation of daily meetings, weekly reports, and 3-week lookahead programs
  • Monitor progress and quality of works through inspections and reporting
  • Manage allocated work packages and resources to ensure costs are within or below budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Civil, Structural) or Project Management
  • 2+ years of experience in the construction industry post-graduation
  • Previous exposure to building and structural projects
