A Critical Role in Quality Recruitment

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a crucial role in driving quality recruitment across our programs.

You Will Contribute By:
  • Coaching hiring managers through the recruitment process and working closely with them to understand key objectives and challenges of their vacancies
  • Ensuring tailored recruitment strategies are developed to meet the specific needs and challenges of our programs
  • Efficiently utilising our Applicant Tracking System and contributing to continuous improvement of this platform and other elements of our system
  • Providing support for increased demand from Talent Acquisition, occasionally providing end-to-end recruitment when needed

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with business partnering capability and ideally exposure to a dynamic, high volume recruitment environment. You'll be a natural relationship manager, using a customer-centric approach to prioritising and achieving diverse stakeholder demands.

This Role Requires:
  • Demonstrated experience in internal talent acquisition
  • Strong prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a large number of active requisitions at any given time
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and build relationships with multiple, diverse stakeholders in remote locations
  • Experience in carrying out talent acquisition reporting and analytics, and proven ability to use this data to improve recruitment strategies
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
