About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Healthscope. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs to improve patient function and quality of life.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Selection Criteria:

  • Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
