About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Highpoint. As a key member of our retail store leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day management of the store, leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.

About You

  • You will have a passion for delivering results and will confidently support your manager and team.
  • You will have great communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Previous team leader, key holder or management experience is advantageous.
