Assistant Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team at Peter Alexander. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for working alongside the Store Manager to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and developing team members to achieve sales targets
- Providing feedback and guidance to ensure a high-performing team
- Managing stock levels and implementing visual merchandising strategies
- Acting as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing the store
- Creating a safe working environment for team members and customers

Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or management experience, ideally in a retail environment
- Confidence in providing praise and improvement feedback to team members
- Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
- Knowledge in loss prevention and health and safety
- Visual merchandising experience advantageous
