Travel Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Travel Sales Leader to join our team in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
As a key member of our Travel & Experience team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of travel sales consultants to achieve sales objectives, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and coaching to the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, bookings, and sales objectives.
- Promoting a positive workplace culture and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and upselling opportunities.
- Maximizing revenue by ensuring preferred partners are promoted and sold where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated sales experience in a retail travel agency environment, a Certificate III in Travel qualification or higher, and experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of coaching, training, and developing teams.
