About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our Rockingham Clinic in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in growing the clinic and ensuring its smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall management of the practice, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinating and liaising with doctors and other healthcare professionals
  • Monitoring accounts, budgets, and finance management, as well as information technology
  • Human resources, including training, mentoring, and management of administration and nursing staff
  • Providing high-level assistance and communication to patients
  • Business development and promotion of the clinic, focusing on Occupational Health services

Requirements

  • Similar experience within the medical industry, with a strong background in healthcare
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff
  • Good computer skills, with experience using medical software an advantage
  • A strong commitment to customer service and a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
